King’s Arms Yard is a commercial office building, located in Moorgate, one block from The Bank of England. Budget management is always the key for clients who hold large real estate portfolios. We approached the design financially conservatively, only by changing and adding features that will compliment and uplift the existing marble flooring while creating an inviting atmosphere for the reception.
